The Girl Scout cookie sale is anxiously awaited by thousands of people each year. The product sales program helps girls learn critical business literacy skills—accounting, marketing, customer service and goal-setting. Selling cookies is so much more than just great-tasting treats; proceeds benefit the girl’s troop and our local Girl Scout Council—a winning combination.

Make a difference for an American soldier far away from home! Send a little bit of America over to service men and women stationed overseas by donating Girl Scout Cookies through the Girl Scouts Troops to Troops Cookie Drive. The cookies will be packaged and shipped by Operation Gratitude. Donations of cookies to the “Troops to Troops” Cookie Drive are 100% tax-deductible. First of all, let me thank you for your wonderful package. Your package proved to me that people back home still care about the soldiers. First let me apologize for taking so long to write back! Your thoughts and prayers mean so very much to each and every one of us here. I guess I should tell you a little about who I am. I am 30 years old. I have been in the military for 12 years as a medic. This is my second deployment to Iraq. I am married with two of the most beautiful daughters in the world! They do very well with mommy being gone so long. They just say that mommy is at the far away work. I have to say it is hard leaving your family, but they all support me, and know that I am doing it out of love for them, and the country that I love so very much! I can’t even begin to tell you how much all of the letters and packages that we receive from total strangers means. The deployment to Iraq has been a long one, and knowing that there are people out there like you that still think about us and support us is so amazing! Troop Benefits
Troops earn money for every box of cookies sold and are often used as start up funds for troop activities including community service projects, program events and outdoor adventures. The focus of the cookie sale is to provide troops with valuable learning skills and the necessary funds for Girl Scout Program activities.
Council Benefits
The Council uses proceeds from the cookie sale to provide girl programs, adult training and support, facilities maintenance and financial assistance to girls. All the money from the cookie sale stays in our local community to support our girls!
